Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all our product photos are of the actual item you'll receive. Colors may appear very slightly different due to screen settings, but the design, embroidery, and fabric will match exactly what's shown.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation with your purchase details. If you need a copy of your receipt at any time, just reach out to us via WhatsApp or the contact form below and we'll send it right over.

How can I return an item?

If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or the contact form. We'll guide you through the return process. Please note items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Some items are restocked depending on fabric availability, while limited-edition pieces may not return. Follow us on Instagram or check back on the product page for restock updates.

Where can I ship my order?

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
